The Salutare extension project is developed by the Academic League of Lifestyle Medicine in Nursing (LAMEVE) in three higher education institutions in the north of Espírito Santo, with the aim of collaborating with undergraduate students in the construction, resumption and consolidation of behaviors healthy. Therefore, the objective of this report is to describe the actions developed within the scope of the Salutare project. In 2023, the following were carried out: a) preparation,
training through simulation and peer learning and implementation of a nursing monitoring program for individual and personalized lifestyle management, including mapping sets of diagnoses, expected results and nursing interventions, based on the Health Promotion Model of Pender and the Lifestyle Medicine approach; b) production of a catalog with Mapping of community resources for a healthy life based on the pillars of MEV; c) educational actions on assembling the
healthy dish, body composition and question roulette about healthy behaviors; and d) thematic workshops. The online workshops “Time doesn’t stop: how to organize my studies?” and “Why doesn’t going without sleep to study work?” were broadcast and saved on the league's YouTube channel and the workshop “Stress and anxiety: are they villains?” It was held in person, with meditation, aromatherapy, yoga, mindfulness practices and a lecture on managing anxiety and stress. Therefore, Salutare developed collective actions to disseminate knowledge and reflect on health-protective behaviors, as well as providing the experience of individual and personalized support to change lifestyle.
